Admin AssistantBrentford / London£18p/h6 MonthsAs a member of the Global Functions Digital &Tech (GFDT) team, you will provide administrative assistance to GFDT LT members (4x Senior Directors)The role best suits a self-starter with attention to detail who is an excellent communicator and good at just getting on with the core facets of the job.Key responsibilities will include:• Full diary management for 4 senior leaders in GFDT including meeting scheduling, accepting/declining invites, proposing new times. Ensuring you maximize the team of the LT members and ensure the diary is up to date on a daily basis - including ensuring no conflicts.• Regular interaction with senior leaders and their Admin Assistants across Digital & Tech and our Global Functions internal customer groups more broadly. In addition, third party staff too.• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, process expense reports and reconcile AMEX accounts accurately and promptly.• Assist in organizing meetings/events and prepare any necessary documents.• Exercise judgment and act independently while handling administrative details.• Support various projects with project administration activity - including but not limited to: collating status reports, setting up project meetings, coordinating project schedules, collating materials for meetings, raising project purchase orders and getting SOWs signed off, managing project document repositories
