We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 2-3 months.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm - START ASAP
Hourly rate £11.44 per hour
The core responsibilities for this role are:
- Booking car parking spaces
- Dealing with tickets that come in and obtaining updates
- Attaching service reports to tickets
- Answering calls
- Raising Purchase Orders to materials etc
- Raising new tickets for repair works
- Other relevant admin tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
- Experience using CAFM system - preferred
- Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
