Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing front of house duties for the office, providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. You will also provide essential administration support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. In addition, there will be some facilities management duties involved in the role, giving you the opportunity to take on a diverse range of responsibilities.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services or construction company would be advantageous, but not essential. The salary for this position is between £23,000 to £27,000 DOE offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Greet and sign in all visitors to the Manchester office.
- Answer telephone calls, screen and transfer to the right individuals within the business.
- Office Facilities Management; daily point of contact; liaison with Landlord and upkeep of operations and maintenance.
- Maintain efficient running / operation of office facilities including front and back of house.
- Arrange all office contractors as necessary.
- Complete purchase order process including obtaining authorisation from partners/associates for payment.
- Maintain small stock of PPE; supply all new starters with all relevant PPE and maintain PPE register.
- Sort incoming mail and distribute as required.

- Previous Office Admin and Front of House experience.
- Experience leading a small team or strong leadership skills.
- Pro-active, diligent, flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic with a good attitude.
- Must always maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A high standard of personal presentation.
