Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general admin support to ensure the smooth running of their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in raising sales invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
