We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work for our global pharmaceutical client based in Moorgate, London. The role is a full-time temporary assignment initially signed off until end of December 2024 with a possible extension and our client offers a hybrid working model (50% office based/50% from home). The hourly rate on offer for this role is £15 - £19.50 per hour depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday pro rata and other benefits.
Completion of key administration tasks such as:
Administration support for externally facing meetings and consultancy including, but not limited to:
- Support the administration and approval flow for Veeva Vault Promo-mats, including setting up job bags
- Arranging certification where appropriate (i.e. Slide decks, Venue certification)
- Supporting with CRM system administration associated with conducting meetings
- End to end ownership of internal administration process associated with external meetings including; working with stakeholders to ensure adherence to SOP requirements, post meeting payment processes and Payment Portal Requisitions (PPR) processing
