An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join Naked Wolfe’s busy offices in central London, 5 days a week. 

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will suit an enthusiastic individual with accounting/book-keeping experience, who is keen to learn and make the role their own.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Manage email inbox and following up as required Enter all purchase invoices on accounting system in a timely and accurate manner Prepare weekly payment run for approval and payment Maintain records for purchase invoices

Banking

• Manage daily banking, ensuring all entries are entered accurately

• Reconcile statements on accounting system Prepare payments schedule

General Accounts Admin

• Assist book-keeper on accounting system Maintain electronic records needed for reporting Provide assistance and accounting support to other teams

General Office Management & Admin

• General office management and Admin Arrange couriers and deliveries Order supplies and stationary Maintain company accounts with various on-line suppliers Ad hoc requests from line manager and directors

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• Educated to Degree level, or equivalent At least 2 years experience in a busy accounts department Attention to detail Comfortable using MS office, especially Excel The ability to juggle, prioritise and complete tasks Professional and proactive team player with a can-do attitude

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £35k depending on experience 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Generous staff discount
