Key accountabilities of the role
Support product set up process - creating templates, working with offshore team to set up product, coordinating with relevant teams across the process (eCommerce, buying, merchandising, logistics)Support Merchandiser with stock reporting and trackingSupport Merchandiser with issue resolutionKey skills and experience
Admin experience in a Retail head office environment preferredPassion for products and desire to learn about the brand and customerHighly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessarySystems experience or a clear demonstration of the ability to learn to use systems quicklyGood communication skills; communicating clearly using phone, email, VC etc
