Admin Assistant - Retail, Buying, Merchandising
The location of the role is Paddington, London.
The pay rate on offer is 15 per hour.
The duration of the contract is 2-3 months.
The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.
Key accountabilities of the role
- Support product set up process - creating templates, working with offshore team to set up product, coordinating with relevant teams across the process (eCommerce, buying, merchandising, logistics)
- Support Merchandiser with stock reporting and tracking
- Support Merchandiser with issue resolution
Key skills and experience
- Admin experience in a Retail head office environment preferred
- Passion for products and desire to learn about the brand and customer
- Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
- Systems experience or a clear demonstration of the ability to learn to use systems quickly
- Good communication skills; communicating clearly using phone, email, VC etc.
