We are a leading company based just outside of Cambridge, and we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, such as answering phone calls, emails, and letters, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and managing databases.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- A strong telephone manner and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- The ability to operate in an organised and structured manner, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve
