We are running an 8-week project for Data testing as we get ready to launch a new inhouse system. The role is working full time in office, based in Newcastle City Centre, we are looking for Admin consultants with strong attention to detail. You will work on an 8 week project which will involve you cross checking data from one system to another ahead of us going live. You will be provided full training and have a team leader to guide you through the project.
The role is starting ASAP!
Working Hours:
Working full time, typically your shifts will be Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 however you must be flexible to cover shifts in line with our office hours; Monday - Thursday 0900 - 2000, Friday 0900 - 1700 & Saturday 0900 - 1700.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Admin & Data Entry
- Cross checking data across 2 different systems
- Updating inhouse systems with notes
- Communication within the team and across the business
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience of Admin working in an Admin role is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative
- Strong ability to use Microsoft packages and online systems
We will provide you with full training on our processes and on the compliance standard of our clients. This will be done in the office and include 1-2-1 and on the job training by members of the team you will be joining. You will be given a work laptop and headset. It is a fully in-person position on a temporary ongoing contract with no fixed end date.
