Our client based a large manufacturer have had an urgent requirement for someone on a 6-month contract to help with a large scale campaign across the UK. The campaign is of high importance and follows a safety related incident that requires action. The business will communicate the actions that customers need to take, and this role is to progress the successful completion of these tasks.
Job Details of Admin Coordinator
- Contact relevant customers and dealers to ensure they have received the free issued parts
- Record Customer and Dealers Responses and ensure right processes being taken
- Maintain and record all telephone & email correspondence to a very high standard
- Record all responses and plans in order to implement the actions required
- Constantly updating the list of customers/dealers using the system
- Make sure all records are received and database is up to date

- You will be working closely with the Warranty Team and report to the Aftersales & Quality Director
- Weekly and monthly reports will be required
- This Admin Coordinator project is expected to take up to 6 months, at which time this temporary role will come to an end.
