Our client is a very well-established company operating in the construction industry based in Epsom, due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Admin Coordinator.

- Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm

Job specification:
- Diary management on a large scale, managing 10-15 engineers
- Managing engineers’ jobs in a timely manner
- Prioritising planned works and scheduling within a set time frame
- Dealing with clients directly to ensure works are done on time
- Updating of diary and forward planning so no issues a rise with the schedules
- Running reports and actioning overdue works to relevant personnel
- Working within a small office team, driving the large on road workforce
- Working alongside the Office Manager
- To learn all aspects of the business to be an all-rounder when needed
Person specification:
- Can do / team player approach
- Previous office experience is essential
- Construction experience or working in a similar role is compulsory
- Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
- Must be extremely organised
- Friendly telephone manner
