Job Title: Admin Manager at Wildwood Devon
Responsible to: The Park Manager
Responsible for: Administration of the park
1 JOB PURPOSE
You will be required to assist with all the administrative duties of the park, playing a key role in cost control and making systems efficient and effective. You will report to the Park Manager and the Director of Finance to help install and maintain strict processes and protocols.
Your role will encompass managing orders and purchases, banking, EPOS back office and bookings, and HR management. We use Accounts IQ, Access Gamma and Microsoft Excel for all our financial and administrative functions.
2 MAIN DUTIES
You will be based at our park in Devon. Your main duties will be:
1. Manage and preparation of paperwork for the finance team in Kent
2. Online orders
3. Post and banking
4. Petty cash and other cash management
5. Weekly banking and stock on EPOS back office
6. HR management, including contracts, new starters, timesheets and holidays/absences.
7. Manage booking system for relevant departments and prepare necessary paperwork.
8. Assist in the kiosk and café when necessary.
9. Act as park duty manager from time to time.
3 SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Bookkeeping and general financial administration.
Experience with EPOS systems.
Experience with HR administration.
Competence in spreadsheet software.
Ability to work in a fast moving environment, providing accurate and timely information to a high standard.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Desirable
Experience of working within the charitable sector.
A love of, and interest in British wildlife
4. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
1. The post is advertised as full time 37.5 hours a week.
2. Appointment will be subject to a six-month probationary period.

5. EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE
The salary for the Office Manager is £25,000 per annum.
The holiday allowance is 30 days a year pro rata, which includes statutory holidays.
