Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for an afternoon administrator to join our team based in Coventry.

THE DETAILS:

• Shift Pattern / Days: Monday - Friday / 14:00pm - 22:30pm
• Salary: £27,081.60 per annum
• Location: Coventry, CV3 4PB

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Managing the Day books of stock being processed through the warehouse using the WMS application (Stirling).
• Booking in titles in the Goods In area.
• Managing stock after goods in to be processed across the warehouse to its relevant area.
• Speaking to customers using email regarding stock coming into the warehouse.
• Dealing with issues such as quarantined titles etc.
• Entering data into spreadsheets for customer’s feedback.
• Any other admin duties.
