Applications are invited for the above role. The role will predominantly based within the Reprographics Office completing a variety of tasks including photocopying, production of displays and promotional resources, laminating, etc.
This role would suit a person with a creative flare and has an interest in design. Ideally the ability to use design packages such as Canva, InDesign and be a competent user of Microsoft packages would be beneficial, but not essential, as training will be provided if needed.
The post holder will also be responsible for the day to day running of student services, which involves the issuing of merit rewards, loan uniform and equipment for students.
As with all the admin roles within the academy, other basic admin duties will be performed.
The hours have been set at 22.5 per week, however for the right candidate, the actual working hours are negotiable so could be spread over 3,4 or even 5 days, so long as the business needs of the school are met.
Similarly, the post is an all year round position, as we do need this post holder to be available to work in the school holidays, however again for the right candidate this can be negotiated and could be a number of plus days in the holidays, so long as the business needs of the school are met.
