We are looking for an experienced Administration Support Officer to work in a repairs and maintenance office setting for a local Council Department.
The role
- Assisting in the day to day admin duties to assist the management, team leaders and surveyors in the claiming of job tickets, raising orders for services and materials
- Contacting customers to arrange appointments for work and dealing with customer queries and requests.
- Using ICT systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook,
- Navigating ICT systems where training will be provided for our in-house systems and software.
- Recroding and collating information and reports
The person
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent
- Administration in Business admin duties is essential
- Experience of investigating and responding to customer complaints would be an advantage.
- Ideally with some Local Authority experience
- Be fully conversant with MS Office
