The Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) project is a critical construction initiative at the Sellafield Site.
The BEP Joint Venture project seeks a highly motivated and proactive Administrator for a temporary 3-month role. The successful candidate will assist in the smooth operation of the project by performing the following tasks:
Timesheet Management:
-Collaborate with the Timekeeper to upload timesheets/hours onto Replicon software.
-Ensure timely submission and receipt of allocation sheets from all JV blue-collar workers.
-Facilitate accurate cost allocations and adjustments based on received data.
General Administration:
-Undertake various administrative tasks as required by the line manager.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all duties.
The ideal candidate should possess the following
qualifications and skills:
-Highly motivated, proactive, and practical Administrator.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Honest, reliable, and professional demeanour.
-Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
-Organized with excellent timekeeping skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft packages and general computer literacy.
Requirements:
-The ability to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and a P4 pass is essential for continuance in the role.
Duration: 3-month+ contract
