Essential Skills: Good working knowledge for all MS Packages, in particular MS Excel.
Our Client:
TRC are currently working with a well established company that are looking for an experienced and motivated data entry administrator to provide all round office support in a busy fast paced environment.
Duties:
- Electronic filing
- Raising Purchase Orders on in-house system (Winman)
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Speaking to suppliers
- Speaking to departmental managers / coordinators
- Day to day office administrative work
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manager
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Flexibility towards tasks and working hours
- Good I.T. skills, with ability to learn new systems
- Experience of working in an office environment, preferably within purchasing/supply chain
