This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a supportive, fun and forward thinking organisation based on the outskirts of Newcastle Under Lyme.
Duties
- Processing orders for pumping stations and associated items
- Control production schedules
- Liaise, obtain quotes and arrange transport of pumping stations
- Update and maintain CRM package
- Provide technical support
- Manage client expectations regarding commissioning process and dates
- Assist in raising basic quotations
- Ensure profitable sales
- Organise your own workload effectively
- Support the department in administrative tasks and cover holidays
- Identify training needs
Experience
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Customer communication skills to deal with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of the industry
- Computer experience
- Ability to work flexibly
- Team player
- Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload
- Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach
- Prepared to learn new skills
- Strong personal attributes to deal with all types of enquiry
