Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join UKCS, Regional Civils, East DU, Site in Bradford.
Please note: This is a Part Time role, working 30 Hours split into 5 x 6 hour shifts. This role is also a fixed term contract until the end of March 2025.
What you'll be doing
As a Administration Assistant you'll:
- Meet and greet site visitor and work force;
- Cover reception when required - Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries;
- General Admin duties Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
- Book conference rooms internally and externally for the team meetings;
- Input data into our M-Site system on site, full training will be provided;
- Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you'll have/be:
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Strong office administration skills and experience
- Computer literacy - skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
