SalaryThis is a new role for a temporary Administration Assistant. Our client is part of the NHS and they are looking for some cover on a week to week basis. This role will entail answering telephone calls, dealing, and responding to e-mails and generalist support. Previous experience working in the NHS is needed for this role and you will be familiar with their specialist computer packages.
THE ROLE:
Temporary cover required to commence in June.
Answering telephone calls from health professionals and families
Dealing and responding to e-mails and general queries
Searching and entering details on the company database
General administration cover will be needed to help in other areas.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience working in the NHS would be an advantage.
Good communication and listening skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have an understanding of administrative procedures.
A current DBS check would be an advantage.
