Administration Assistant

Step Teachers are currently working with an excellent secondary school to source an Admin Assistant for a permanent role to start as soon as possible. The role of Admin Assistant may be requested to undertake any but not necessarily all of the following duties. Duties required will be directed by the School Office and Business Manager, according to the school s needs. In this role, you could:

• welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their inquiries.
• answering the phone.
• administration relating to pupil attendance.
• managing email/post.
• using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, and newsletters.
• monitoring school supplies.
• keeping financial records.
