- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and organise files, documents, and records
- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
If you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), some experience working in a customer service role and experience of working with an events booking system this may be the role for you.
