Administration Assistant - 12 Month FTC

My client is a leading international business who are based in Leeds City Centre looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a 12 Month FTC. The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience, strong attention to detail and be comfortable handling large data sets.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies with the data obtained from clients
- Validating any data prior to its acceptance on the billing system
- Ensure all data is correct and received in time with SLAs
- Engage with third party providers to ensure all the information is received correctly
- Inputting all relevant data onto the internal system
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working within Administration is ideal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Highly organised and analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
