Elevation Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a successful, Sheffield based, technology business, to find an experienced Operations Administrator to join their growing team.

As Operations Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to coordinate daily activities, including diary management and scheduling meetings
• Processing sales orders
• Generate quotations and follow up with customer enquiries
• Communicate with various departments, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate seamless operations
• Expedition of orders - managing delivery documentation & arranging delivery
• Providing administration support to Key Accounts
• Building and maintaining relationship with suppliers
• Document control and contract management
• Raising invoices and purchase orders

Key skills of the Operations Administrator:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organisation and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Decision making skills
• Excellent IT skills
