Operations Administrator

Elevation Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a successful, Sheffield based, technology business, to find an experienced Operations Administrator to join their growing team.
As Operations Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers to coordinate daily activities, including diary management and scheduling meetings
- Processing sales orders
- Generate quotations and follow up with customer enquiries
- Communicate with various departments, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate seamless operations
- Expedition of orders - managing delivery documentation & arranging delivery
- Providing administration support to Key Accounts
- Building and maintaining relationship with suppliers
- Document control and contract management
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
Key skills of the Operations Administrator:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisation and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Decision making skills
- Excellent IT skills
