Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing business based in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities for the successful Operations Administrator:
- Ensure accurate production data is captured and recorded electronically
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, production reports, and inventory records.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Excellent IT skills
