Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing business based in Sheffield.  

Key Responsibilities for the successful Operations Administrator: 

• Ensure accurate production data is captured and recorded electronically
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, production reports, and inventory records.

 Key Skills:

• Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
• Excellent IT skills
