A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our client who are a leader in the Construction industry on a temporary contract until August 2024 to cover Maternity Leave and to support in a busy period!
Location: Sheffield S9 - Good public transport links and free onsite car parking
Pay rate: £12.82ph
Duties will include:
- Scheduling Engineers to attend service appointments
- Preparing required documentation and paperwork for Engineers
- Maintaining the company asset register
- Dealing with telephone and email queries
- Data entry and updating databases
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a varied administrative role within an office environment, strong communication skills and a confident user of MS office packages including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
