Administration Clerk, is a diverse role that requires the successful applicant to become multiskilled in T&A and Goods Not For Resale. It is an exciting opportunity to develop new transferable skills.
Key accountabilities T&A
- Adhere to company SOP’s in relation to Time & Attendance.
- Uphold the integrity, accuracy and security of the personnel files and Time & Attendance system.
- Administer ‘eligibility to work in the UK’ paperwork & procedure (including Workers Registration Scheme).
- Administer leaver’s paperwork according to company SOP (including the recovery of overpayments).
- Update the Time & Attendance system with authorised absence data sourced from the Absence Request Forms on a regular basis, hard copies to be filed alphabetically by month and year.
- Administer SSP/CSP/SMP/CMP payments according to company SOP.
- Complete weekly closure of Payroll Periods.
- Complete weekly Labour Analysis Reports.
- Complete monthly HR information (sickness/absence - cockpit data).
- Ensure errors identified are corrected with the minimum of inconvenience to the employee. All errors to be recorded.
Key accountabilities GNFR
- Control GNFR Non Trading Orders manual internal record log, ensuring corresponding system requisition is created by self or nominated authorised individual including the renewing and controlling of annual contract PO’s.
- In the event of a supplier invoice being incorrectly posted in the system ensure the correct purchase order number is clearly visible on the invoice before forwarding (scanning) to the Scan Capture email address for system processing.
- Liaise with sites to enable you to process GNFR invoices failing matching by the system.
- Create new GNFR supplier account setup in accordance with current GNFR guidelines.
- Collation of ad-hoc cost information for management reporting.
- Maintain accurate consumable records for site.
