A well established and growing company based in Alfreton are looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team and provide administrative support to the Executive Support Team.
Duties include:
- Provide effective administrative support service to PAs and Office Manager
- Assisting with booking UK & International travel arrangements (including visas, hotels, flights, taxis, car parking etc.)
- Booking meeting rooms, general set-up for meetings
- General Administration including typing and sending letters, photocopying, compiling data
- Meeting & Greeting Clients and Visitors including making refreshments
- Assisting with data input to company systems
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Any other administrative duties as required by line manager
The Office Administrator will have previous administration experience and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be a self-starter who has the confidence and proven ability to use your own initiative in identifying and organising work.
In return you will be offered a salary of £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch and an early finish on a Friday; this is fully office based. Also, you will be offered 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays and a company discount scheme
