Job title: Administration Co-ordinator
Department: Contingency Operations
Reporting to: Site Manager
Location: Wethersfield
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)
Salary: £31,000.00 per annum
Purpose of the job
To provide effective support and undertake all elements of administration under minimal supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team. To carry out a wide range of administrative duties, working collaboratively with all members of the site team to provide an accurate support service. The post holder will work with colleagues who are based onsite and across the country at different sites and/or who work remotely.
Duties and Responsibilities
Procedures
Daily staff registers.
Daily sub-contractor head count.
Produce data for invoicing as requested by commercial.
Maintain the welfare departments working Rota.
Maintain an asset register.
Focal point for all stationary management, storing, issuing, and re-ordering.
Maintain site management Rota.
Maintain visitor register.
Administer all Incident Reports and maintain the IR register.
Keep up to date with changes to health and safety laws and regulations.
Collaborate with all interested stakeholders and outside consultancy.
Connect and Collaborate
Work closely with your line manager and team members
Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager
Responsive
Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls)
Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures
Talented
Monitor own work levels, progress and development in the role
Undertake all core learning and development programmes as required
Undertake relevant learning according to agreed Personal Development
Plan
