Hays are working with a large, well established manufacturing business within Telford who are looking to appoint a Sales Administration Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will need to be a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager with excellent working knowledge of the export customs process and SAP software. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the sales administration process, ensuring seamless operations, and compliance with export customs requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of relevant SAP functionalities.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need experience in the following:
- A recognised qualification in Business Administration would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales administration management with 3 to 5 years in a similar post.
- Excellent working knowledge of export customs regulations, procedures and software.
- Proficiency in SAP software, with hands-on experience in utilising SAP modules related to sales and logistics.
- A good understanding of basic accounting processes.
- Strong people management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex customs and sales-related issues.
