Job Title: Manager - Administration

Salary: Up to £45,000 base salary

About the role:
This role will include all-encompassing aspects of people management, including mentoring, support, training, and recruitment within the team, so a high level of organisation and time management skills is essential. You will be responsible for managing a team of administrators and paraplanners to deliver an exceptional level of service to both the financial planners and clients of the firm.
The candidate:
The successful candidate may be a successful Practice Manager with a well-established Financial Service firm, a senior administrator who is looking for their next move into management, or a compliance expert who has experience in managing workload/teams.
They will have a high level of numeracy, superlative communication skills, and extensive management experience, and will be looking for the opportunity to join an ambitious and energetic team within a small but rapidly expanding Independent Financial Advice firm!
Skills required:
To be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have:
· Proven management experience within a Financial Advice environment (preferably independent)
· Ability to motivate and coach teams to perform at a high level
· Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
· Act as a key part of the senior leadership team, able to influence the direction and performance of those junior members of the team
· Experience using a range of Provider websites, including illustrations and New Business processing
· Familiarity with the majority of quotations systems
Industry relevant qualifications are highly desirable at Diploma or Chartered level.
