ADMINISTRATION OFFICER X2 - INSIDE IR35 - INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT
Loriens leading public sector client is looking to hire 2 experience Admin Officers with direct experience dealing with Grant claims to join an ever growing team on a initial 3 month contract.
This role will be work with the delivery team to assist delivery of programme closure activities.
Duties include:
- Processing grant claims
- Identifying and collating responses to audit reports, both current and historic, to ensure audit findings have been addressed.
- Assisting with the production of internal and external financial and non-financial statements.
- Calculation, initiation and ongoing review of overpayment recoveries.
- Managing a programme of post-project monitoring arrangements.
Essential Criteria
Experience of working with:
- European grant claims
- UK Public Sector finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
