Role Profile:
Financial Responsibilities:
- Monthly invoicing and debtor management
- Office revenue predictions and reporting
- Time sheet and expense input, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation
Project Support:
- Monthly checks and project setup
- SAP setup for Edinburgh and Aberdeen
Recruitment:
- Issuing induction packs and ordering PPE
- Arranging D&A testing for new hires
Office Support:
- General office management, from arranging PPE to boardroom setup
- External liaison with suppliers and service providers
- Maintenance of office supplies and facilities
Experience and Skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP is a plus
- Fast-paced commercial environment experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
