Administration support – Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds – Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 – Temporary – £10.42 per hour (Rising in April)
Our client based near Bury St Edmunds is searching for a Processing Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The position will be for 3 months, and will include data entry, processing documents and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have some experience within an administrative role and must have a valid drivers license and access to their own vehicle, due to the office location.
This position is initially for 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk
- Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke database.
- Arranging vehicles movements via a third party movement network from client to a sales location
- Liaising with repairers and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal
- Processing vehicle sales
- Processing and administration of documentation and updating DVLA
- Supporting the disposals team as required.
- Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required
Key Skills:
- Confident with Microsoft Office packages
- IT literate
- Previous administrative experience
- Professional phone and email manner
- Able to work independently and within a team
