We are looking for pioneering, skilled clinicians & administrators to join us on this exciting journey and play a central role in shaping the delivery of NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression across the region.
Are you looking for an administrative role that will really make a difference to lives?
You will provide support and expert knowledge to the administrators in the NHS Talking Therapies Administration Team. You’ll oversee all performance management of the team to enable a high quality, effective patient-focused service to be delivered, utilising standard operating procedures to ensure achievement of KPIs.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a very busy environment and priortise and manage workloads using own initiative. This role will be a Hybrid Model with a minimum of 2 days in one of our Kent and Medway offices and 3 days working from home.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous admin management experience
- Leadership and good decision making skills.
- Experience of working with and dealing with the public.
- Experience of motivating a team to regularly achieve business KPI’s and rewarding as appropriate.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Providing support to senior admins in conducting audits to ensure meeting of KPIs.
- A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can lead by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Flexibility in working hours as per the needs of the business,
- Excellent time management skills.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working with IAPTus systems
- NHS Pathway and processes experience
