PAM Group are looking for a Senior HR Administrative Team Leader to join our passionate and innovative People Team.
The role will involve leading our HR Administration team to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective HR service to PAM colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team.
There is the opportunity for the successful candidate to work with colleagues in our innovative people department to support a number of developmental initiatives within the wider People Strategy.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Management of the HR Administration Team, including HPP reviews and appraisals.
- Management of the HR inbox, ensuring an efficient and effective response to queries by providing relevant advice and guidance to PAM colleagues and management.
- HRIS System management including co-ordination of the employee lifecycle administration process including new starters, contract amendments and leavers.
- Undertaking employee data quality assurance procedures to ensure that our HRIS system provides the source of truth for PAM.
- Supporting the administration of our family friendly policies for colleagues.
- Providing HR data reports at the request of the People Director and wider senior leadership team.
- Conducting HR induction for new colleagues to PAM.
- Supporting the collation of accurate payroll reports and undertaking QA processes.
- Managing the internal occupational health referral process, supporting managers and colleagues through the process.
- Supporting HR projects within the wider People Strategy.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- CIPD (level 5 would be advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS IRIS / Cascade
- Experience of line management
- Good communication skills with ability to engage at all levels
- Desire to establish oneself in a successful company
- Self-motivated with ability to work on one’s own initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within the occupational health & wellbeing sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and other Microsoft applications
