Job Introduction
The Role:
- To support the Central Estates and Facilities department by delivering the core facilities compliance tasks for premises across the vita health estates portfolio, including clinical and non-clinical locations.
- Opportunity to grow and develop a robust facilities management skill set with exposure to all areas of Facilities management from H&S compliance to sustainability and projects.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- General office experience with administration tasks.
- Understanding of building compliance
- Good general IT skills in particular Excel and MS teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Team player, good communicator
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.
