Job description

Job Introduction

The Role:

  • To support the Central Estates and Facilities department by delivering the core facilities compliance tasks for premises across the vita health estates portfolio, including clinical and non-clinical locations.
  • Opportunity to grow and develop a robust facilities management skill set with exposure to all areas of Facilities management from H&S compliance to sustainability and projects.

 

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • General office experience with administration tasks.
  • Understanding of building compliance
  • Good general IT skills in particular Excel and MS teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Team player, good communicator
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required. 

Desirable:

  • Health & Safety qualification
