Job description
Due to our continual growth, we are looking to appoint a Full Time Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to join our Maintenance & Facilities Team. Co-ordination and support of maintenance (planned and reactive) services and other Facilities services. This will be achieved through the practical means and implementation of the company’s management systems and the utilisation of the candidate’s knowledge and experience. .

Minimum 2 yrs experience in maintenance or facilities services / administration within a similar environmentPrevious experience in managing and ordering supplies and services in line with Company budgetsAbility to read and interpret manuals and parts lists for machines to enable ordering of partsProficiency in use of computer software specifically Microsoft Office Suite and a CMMS Software such as Limble/Emaint/Maximo, etcGood interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across various levelsFluent in English - both written and spoken in order to carry out the role safely and effectivelyValid UK Drivers licence and access to own transport/business insurance, as you may be required to travel to other depots throughout the group as and when required , Ideally hold an HNC/D in an Engineering discipline or equivalentExperience of an engineering services operations / help desk environmentFamiliarity with contract complianceAbility to use AutoCAD
