About the role
Our Intermediary Development team have the opportunity to join them as an Administration Team Manager (Mortgages) on a 9 month FTC.
The successful applicant will inspire, lead and develop a team of administrators to ensure that we meet our internal and external SLA’s whilst providing a best in class service to our Intermediary partners. Working collaboratively with another Administration Team Manager to achieve this through planning the daily strategy, allocating work effectively and being quick to adapt your approach if required and when required.
This role will identify any improvements to process or procedure that could improve the broker and customer experience without increasing the Society’s exposure to risk. Although this is an administrative team, leading the team with a people and customer focused perspective will be important.
This role will also need to consider future success by applying your analytical skills to anticipate peaks / troughs in volumes to organise resource and maximise the ongoing training needs of the team.
About you
To be successful in the role you’ll either already be in a customer focused leadership position or will have strong experience of coaching and / or supervising in a admin and/or service related role within financial services. Evidence of developing individuals is a key part of the role,as is having strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills at all levels.
You’ll be a self-motivated individual with excellent planning skills and attention to detail. You’ll possess strong analytical skills and have a desire to deliver first class service in all that you and your team do.
Quick adaption skills, applied during peak periods to ensure our SLA’s are maintained, will be a requirement, and experience of this will be important.
