Administration/procurement officer required to work in the Estates Department of the Belfast Trust. This role is based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park.
This is a full time office based role for an initial period of 9 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 37.5 hours per week and the rate of pay is £14.53 per hour.
What The Job Entails:
Sourcing and purchasing goods and services
Involvement in the tendering and invoicing processes
Assisting senior Estates Contracts Officers as required
Dealing with queries or issues from customers and suppliers
Researching and supplying data for a range of different departments and management
What We Need from You:
University Degree (or equivalent) plus one year administration experience or two year’s administration experience
High proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
Experience of staff management
Previous experience of procurement of products or services is desirable but not essential
