MCS Group are delighted to be working a Large Public Sector organisation in their search for a HR Advisor to join the team.
The post holder will be supporting the HR Managers and Officers to deliver clear people advice. This will be to a clear, relevant and high quality service.
The Role:
Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Coordinate the recruitment process, from job advertising to selection, including conducting interviews, preparing documentation, and liaising with hiring managers and external agencies.
Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management, guiding managers through the process and facilitating resolution.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, aligning them with organisational objectives and best practices.
Assist in the delivery of training and development programs, identifying training needs, designing materials, and organising sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
