Overview of the post and information about the team
Our People Services Team sits within the People Directorate. Our team provides HR Generalist essential support and guidance on employee relations, recruitment, development, and wellbeing to our workforce of approximately 1,600 colleagues across Scotland.
In this role, you'll ensure that our policies are fair and consistently applied, placing our people at the heart of everything we do. You'll collaborate closely with managers and colleagues throughout the organisation to address all HR-related matters and foster positive relationships.
You'll report to the People Services Lead and work alongside two other HR Advisors and a Resourcing Manager, managing a team the HR Officer/Coordinators who are part of a team who help support our workforce.
