To cover maternity leave, we are offering two 12-month temporary positions, available in both part-time and full-time capacities within our team.

In addition to our two Scottish hospices, we have a number of shops and offices located across Scotland.
Role Overview
As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational success. Working as part of a friendly team, you'll provide essential support to our people and volunteers.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing HR processes to ensure seamless operations and compliance

About You
You will have:
- Experience in HR administration or a related field
- Passion for supporting people and contributing to a positive work culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of HR practices
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft office packages and HR systems.
