AddressAnderson Knight are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for one of our industry leading clients. This is a full time, permanent position with travel to all sites across Scotland. The main responsibilities or this role include providing specialist HR advise to all employees within the business. As a Senior HR Advisor you will also be required to assist in the delivery of HR Projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing specialist HR Advice to all employees and managers throughout the business.
- Coaching managers and supporting them on aligning people deliverables with their business initiatives
- Deliver recruitment up to senior management level.
- Support the development of future talent pipeline.
- You will be required to manage recruiter portals via LinkedIn and other job related sites maximising engagement and jobs filled directly
- Perform exit interviews and review data. Provide insights and recommendations to HR Business Partner based on the data gathered
- Manage ER cases up to and including dismissal
- Support the HRBP’s on delivering actions as required from the employee forum
- Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis and that they remain compliant with UK law
- Working alongside the HR Business partner to ensure training and development need are being met and developed where necessary
- Support the implementation of training plans and appoint external training providers
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience within a similar position is essential
- You will be required to travel as part of this role across various sites within Scotland
- A good working and up-to date knowledge of HR practice and employment law
- You must have excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A good eye for detail and accuracy
