We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a generalist HR Advisor to contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR Service across the organisation by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR Services from recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policy and process, training and development and key projects.
The successful candidate will take the lead on recruitment and onboarding activities and work collaboratively with other members of the team to contribute to the overall success of the delivery of the strategic aims of Viewpoint and our People Strategy that supports colleagues to develop within the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar generalist HR position working in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will be CIPD HR qualified or working towards this.
