We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Administrative and Marketing Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to develop their skills in different areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Unpacking Parcels: Receive incoming stock and ensure accurate recording in our ERP software (P4).
· Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organised inventory storage and conducting regular stock checks.
· Supplier Relations: Post supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
· Customer Service Support: Assist in processing customer orders and communicate with customers to chase purchase order numbers when necessary.
· Invoicing: Process customer invoices on ERP software with precision and attention to detail.
· Marketing Assistance: Aid in creating marketing materials and distributing them to customers.
· Social Media Management: Promote products and services on various social media channels to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.
· Website Maintenance: Regularly update the company website with new products, promotions, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative environment preferred.
· Familiarity with ERP software, preferably P4, is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
