Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and clerical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by performing various administrative duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Assist in managing office calendars and coordinating appointments
- Perform basic office maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in data entry and computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
