Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Sales invoice processing
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing etc.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned
- Experience of ISO management preferred but not essential
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Familiarity with Opera III or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and photocopying etc.
