Job Role:Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Administrative Co-Ordinator.
Location: Winchmore Hill
Salary: £21,000-£23,000 DOE
Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our admin department. The Administration Department are an essential part of the wider office team, regularly interacting with other departments within the business and external clients.
Role Purpose
- First point of contact for all escalated queries from clients via phone and email
- Responsible for the administration of all client documents, scanning and allocating to specific clients’ files using IRIS.
- Dealing with the notarisation and legalisation of various company documents.
- Completing some standard documents required for HMRC and drafting letters on behalf of clients confirming trading addresses, shareholding (induction will be provided)
- Inform clients of important correspondence, including, but not limited to; HMRC and Companies House.
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organised, and secure.
- Communicate with other departments.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good at developing internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- IT literate.
- Client focus and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
